Current Employee – been working at Easton Hospital

Pros – They have one of the best pay scales in the valley. The union offers protection and fairness. I like the freedom of 12 hour shifts.

Cons – The coworkers are very caddy and it does not feel like a professional enviroment. Some of the leadership plays favorites and gosips. They do not offer a good in house education oppertunities. Lack of advanced technology. It's very hard to get a day off approved. The residents need to be monitored by nursing for mistakes. The doctors are overly needy and demanding.

Advice to Senior Management – Work on being fair and treating everyone the same (managers). Bring us to this era and get computerized charting and doctors orders.

Cons – salary cap for long term employees.no cost of living rise

Pros – it is a good working enviroment, good support staff, nurse, tech and so on. small town, good traffic, close to big cities

Cons – very busy, rounding and admission, overnights, need to supervise medical residents, can be terribly busy. some time less work, but very few

Advice to Senior Management – let the physicians do the work, too many reg or rules will interfere the quality and performance of the good physicians
