    Pros

Great people. Lots of talent everywhere. Great clients that you hope will stay. Creative buzz in the air every day.

    Cons

Missed the digital boat. Stuck in old school promotion marketing, or integrated marketing. Whatever you want to call it, the range of capabilities are dated. CEO is a big problem. He uses fear and uncertainty as a management tool. No communication whatsoever. Random firings. Unknown financials. His paranoia and lack of trust in all levels of management makes it hard for anyone there to do their jobs although everyone there is talented, capable, able and willing to raise the bar for EW and their clients if trusted and permitted to do so.

    Advice to Management

To the CEO: trust your people, and let them do their jobs. You have good people. Listen to them. Stop getting in their way.
