Lead generating and management system, agents are supportive of each other and enjoy training others, 3 brokers on site all day m-f and always available to you.....fun energetic environment
Cons
Compared to other real estate companies the pros out way the cons. Commission splits are not negotiable in some lead categories.
Advice to Senior Management
When agents are proven performers on a consistent basis implement achievable goals connected to an increase scaled commission structure to push them further and help achieve further financial success.
Pros
you were empowered to run your business.you were encouraged to take risk and management were very surpportive and fair.
Cons
expectations were based on individual productivity. this made it un even when it comes time for advertising and placement of signs.
Advice to Senior Management
back up your sales staff with vaccation pay, also offer health care benefit as a group.this will boast sales
Pros
The management team is very knowledgable and helpful. This is an excellent place for a new agent to learn the ropes and start off in the business.
Cons
The commission split is too low and the leads that come in are luke warm at best. The constant reminders to call old leads gets old.
Advice to Senior Management
The contact management system needs to be updated and there needs to be an easier way to discard of useless leads.
Pros
Flexibility, fun & friendly atmosphere
Cons
Downsizing, lack of organization, competency of management
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate more openly, give more direction, understand the market from an agents perspective (not your own perspective from 7 years ago when the market was completely different)
