    Pros

When David Rowe was in charge it was the best company I had ever worked for. Great people and some great products and services.

    Cons

Then Mark Thompson and his band of merry men took over and it gets harder to stay working here each day. They are really clueless, they really have destroyed an amazing company.

I have been working at Easynet full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

More so than any other company I have ever worked for, Easynet offers room to grow. Every company has a mixture of movers and sitters. If you are a mover, then there is plenty of opportunity for you to progress quickly.

    Cons

Easynet is private equity owned, and has recently gone through a sale/merger. Worth letting things settle down before considering a move. Otherwise an interesting/challenging place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business is about people and relationships, and we operate in a small world.

I have been working at Easynet

    Pros

You get to have free hand for your profile and flexible timings.

    Cons

Not much to say but technical people should head technical business units.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in tools.

I worked at Easynet full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The job paid well compared to other companies, not so sure about now though.

    Friendly enviroment to work in

    Cons

Higher support level colleagues reluctant to mentor and share knowledge.

Lack of training throughout the time I was there

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

emphasise should be on training and more understanding between the different support levels, and teams within the company.

I have been working at Easynet full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary above average; Friendly environment; Having a pub downstairs helps on stressful days ;-)

    Cons

    Poor working tools
Very poor management with no product knowledge
    No training available
No incvestment in new technologies (fatal for a telco)
No career progression unless if you are very good networking

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees
Senior management needs to make sure that mid management is doing their job - not letting their team running themselves
Remember that its the operations team that makes the a telco move forward not the sales team

I have been working at Easynet full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of work experience in chosen field.
    Relaxed atmosphere.
    CEO David Rowe is laudable

    Cons

No career progression, they don't mind you picking up extra tasks but will never promote you to reflect your abilities.
Very political workplace for such a small company, watch your back.
Tend to victimize employees who speak out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Buy back the companies controlling shares from the present venture capitalists.
Encourage career progression by promoting from within especially in your Hosting department.
