    Pros

    Ethics orientation - leaders are always held accountable to do the right thing, growth in attractive markets, competitive salary and benefits.

    Cons

    Eaton is growing ever larger and more complex, will the systems & processes they've developed be robust enough now that they are a much larger company? Also questions about upcoming senior leadership turnover.

    Bureaucracy at some level,only monthly target oriented some time behalf of quality

    Top management looks donot care of employee how his or her performance is once they think their production digit goes down,when terminating worker they do not see to worker performance and year of experience.

    Pros

    Reliable and respected products within various industries.

    Cons

    Management with little or no experience of the products they're responsible for.
    Poor bonus structure that makes no sense.
    No potential for career progression.
    No sales support.
    Very few internal people with the responsibility to make strategic decisions.
    Management unable to make strategic decisions.
    No forward thinking - The UK does not even commit to social media marketing.
    Living in the past! (see above)
    Out dated sales planning. Customers still use 10 year old business plans and trading conditions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retire or move aside and allow some younger women/men with ideas that that will move with the times.
    Grow a backbone & stop saying YES to your senior manager.
    Support your staff and encourage employees to try new things.
