    Pros

    leading company in its domain. As a fresher, you get to work on products that serve global markets. opportunity to work on different technologies used across products and projects of the company.

    Cons

    work is less challenging for experienced. Management is poor. promotions and hikes are affected by who you know in the company. HR is worst. They don't communicate well. If you join as a trainee, you become a software engineer at their own mercy. I have seen people get ting promoted even without the knowledge of their Project Manager, just because they know a employee who can influence HR decision. No work-life balance. Team leads are not inspiring people. They throw work at people who work under them and go home. Deadlines are poorly managed. If you are passionate about your work, you better avoid this place.

    improve work culture. encourage talented people. Remove "referrals effect" in promotions and hikes. Ensure HR people behave well.
