I have been working at EchoStar full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The people are nice. There are continuous new projects to work on. There are facilities provided for learning new things.

    Cons

The location I work at is in the traffic nexus of Atlanta. It is exhausting to drive here. Communication isn't ideal. A lot is expected for the pay. They keep some people hourly and call them non-essential disposable resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be a clearer chain of command and less micro-management. Maybe before launching into a technical discussion have your facts straight.
