Cons – there could be more pay raises.service techs should be trained a little more in the field.

Pros – You get to set your own hours. You are treated like family. The owner has an open door policy 24/7.

Cons – Long hours may be part of your employment. Most of the employees are contractors. You will pay your own taxes.

Pros – Provides a great service and great equiptment. learn awesome customer service and get to know the customers and they start to treat you like family.

Cons – The pay does not compensate for the work we do as Route Drivers. they say we are topped out at $10.00 an hour. The route drivers do a very rough job that is strenuous and tears your body up.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating your Route Drivers like dirt and give bi-annual reviews and raises foe the time we are employed as Route Drivers for you and remember that after the installers do their part, it is us that have the responsability to the customers.
