Pros – Ecolab has strong values and integrity. they are highly motivated to be the best at what they can be.
Cons – They are so large, that at times, you can feel like a number. Just read something worthy about them and you realize you work for a great organization
Advice to Senior Management – they hire the best of the best. If you are hired, then consider yourself fortunate and a true leader
