    Pros

Great management teams and leadership, upward mobility, competitive salary with rewards and recognition for over achievement, company car, flexible schedule, achievable goals and budgets, excellent ongoing training and support. Sales team is equipped with iPads with apps that help with amazing presentations to customers and effective communications and organization. Ecolab a Healthcare listens to the customer and adapts products and services according t the customer's needs and requests. Ecolab Healthcare also listens to the Account Executives working in the field. It's great to know that my opinions and thoughts make a difference in helping the company improve and progress. This is the best outside sales position I have held in my career.

    Cons

New products released before they are ready sometimes have caused issues with customer trust relationships. More vigorous testing needs to be done before launches. Very large territories with need for increased travel. Windshield time without phone activity is unproductive time.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire talented, diverse and experienced sales professionals to grow our division. This is an exciting time for the Healthcare Division and we are an important focus for Ecolab due to our past and future growth and successes.
