Pros
Great working environment and people. Focused and dedicated to making Eddie Bauer a great company again. Management is fair and supportive. Highly recommended
Cons
Parking is not paid for and since the move to downtown, not as much interaction between departments. Communication is not as good as it was at the Redmond campus
