Details
Pros
They offer decent pay if you play a little hard ball; they have typically decent benefits as a large company; working at a "big name" PR agency always looks good on a resume.
Cons
Machiavellian management, tends to be a sweatshop, various offices do not support one another, very difficult to change practices or offices within company; a few smart people, a lot of "yes" men. Mgmt doesn't encourage independent thinking that will really benefit the client.
Advice to Senior Management
Loyalty to your employees will benefit the company tremendously; taking care of your employees will improve your reputation in the industry and help retention. Don't be quick to let employees (esp. junior ones) go.
