Pros – Get to work on different types of transactions and ability to fast track into a front facing role

Cons – Compensation is a major weakness

Pros – Exposure to the financial services firm, Working on wide range of projects, open door policy of senior executives, Camaraderie

Cons – Very unstructured, employees are not happy with the compensation and appraisal policy, No proper focus on team building and boosting employee morale

Pros – Fantastic culture and great team spirit. Freedom to exercise one's will within certain limits and faith entrusted, but with caution as always.

Cons – Have to do your time to get ahead and limits on risk are extremely tight, scope for moving up is not very high. Low salaries.
