I worked at Edenred full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very interesting line of work, lots of potential for growth as a company perspective.
    Entrepreneurial spirit.

    Cons

Work atmosphere wasn't always at his best. Lots of mobility promises but no or few concretisations. Lots of politics that oftenly degraded work conditions and prevented from going forward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Edenred left Accor with what wasn't good about Accor. Heavy hierarchy. Don't just use your "Employee Wellbeing" on the paper, apply it too.

Good work-life benefits, good team members. IT was good when I started out but went downhill after a year. Beneficial for freshers to gain about a year of experience.

Less career advancement, technology unfavourable to developers since the .Net platform is being ditched. No transparency in appraisals. Not advisable at all for IT positions.
