    Pros

Warm, family atmosphere; good salary and benefits

    Cons

Disorganized, unclear goals, too many initiatives, too many changes in too short a time

    Advice to Management

Need to get clear and be consistent; need to put effort and resources into the basics like onboarding and education of regional staff

    Pros

Flexibility, very close to highway decent pay with competent senior staff.

    Cons

Company is way to top heavy with not much room for the "front line" soldiers/workers to move up and be more valuable to the company.

    Advice to Management

find ways to actually instill company values inside the office and stick to them instead of just coming up with company values for marketing purposes. Too many people have been there for years and decided to leave because of no growth and incompetent Property Managers.

    Pros

    Location, building, my friends there.

    Cons

Abusive boss, screams cusses, procedure and systems are antiquated and inefficient. Abusive co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Management is abusive, advice, you won't be fired, you'll continue to get raises and praises so why not be kind and make life good for others and listen to them. Abusive co-workers know how to avoid suspicion, be smart but also kind, if your kind you will not let others be abusive and you'll see who these people are.

    Pros

Rent discounts for employees, good benefits package, somewhat high employee turnover in the field could produce opportunities for advancement for employees who stick around for awhile.

    Cons

Below average wages compared to local competitors. Management is slow at paying commissions. Offices lack basic up to date tools like computers, copiers, phones and fax machines. This causes a severe decrease in productivity as the staff has to waste time struggling to complete routine task.

    Advice to Management

Invest more money in your staff and in your process. Residents should be allowed to pay their rent online. This will not only improve the company’s cash flow, but it will free up your staff so they can spend more time selling.
