Pros – It's very easy to become a tutor, and you often get paid your hourly rate for sitting around doing nothing.
Cons – Sometimes you might get stumped, but the students are pretty understanding as long as you try to work through it.

Pros – Passion for students, employee education and professional development. Great work-life balance and benefits. Many opportunities for advancement if you start at the bottom but not a lot of opportunities at the management level. Great place to work if you can isolate yourself from the politics of the "district" office.
Cons – The politics prevent progress. Some departments have formed 'cliques' and if you are part of the clique, you can get away with anything. If you are not part of the clique, you will get no cooperation. Many were optimistic that changes would be good but this has not proven to be the case and morale is very low. Poor leadership has resulted in high turnover and loss of many great employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Changes are needed in administrator and leadership positions. The President needs to be visible and be more involved to fully understand what is going on.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
