    Pros

Solid company with good leadership. Great customers in K12. Dedicated customer support...and it's not just lip service. Employees passionate about their jobs. Great benefits.

    Cons

Out-dated internal systems that aren't connected. Very little upward mobility. Sometimes products and services could be better planned and rolled out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold on to the company culture. See pros and cons.

I have been working at Education Networks of America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The people are friendly, smart and driven.
The management staff isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work with everyone else.
There is a lot of opportunity for growth and employees are encouraged to continue professional and personal training; the company even helps pay for classes and tests for appropriate certifications!
The HR department is fantastic and is always working to improve moral of the company, keeping things at work light and fun even during very stressful seasons.
The company culture is one where the customer comes first; the ENA customer isn't just a number and it's not all about the bottom line. ENA is a business and is in it to make money like any other business, but they do it by sincerely caring about their customers. That's refreshing and makes me proud to work there.

    Cons

Recent growth within the company has caused some growing pains. ENA seems to have moved into deeper business waters while trying to maintain a small business mentality. Systems and processes need to improve to make accommodation for that. The good news is, I believe the company is trying to make this happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work!
Maybe be a bit more willing to listen to the advice of the folks in your departments, and relay information down to them a little more often. (again, I believe this is actually being addressed and management is making a real effort to get better about these things)
