“A company that has become all about the numbers”
Former Employee – worked at Edward Don full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - Great Coworkers
- Great Vendors
- Great Customers
- Great at training and educating sales reps
- National leader in Restaurant Equipment and Supplies
Cons – - I was short of plan 8 months into the year and was let go (I had increased sales 40% in the previous 2 years)
- Too much work that takes away from selling (paperwork, etc)
- Management is selectively understanding of family issues / needs
- Management didn't hold to company advertised & published pricing
- Many other employees were dissatisfied with their jobs, which made it difficult to work with some people
Advice to Senior Management – Be supportive to your employees
