    Pros

    Interesting work with great clients. Flexible hours and excellent office amenities.

    Cons

    With just 2 people in each office, there is no back up. The job can take over your life.

    Advice to Management

    BOA position should have several levels other than 2. The greater responsibility, the greater the pay.

    Two person office. IF FA won't take accountability, the blame goes to BOA.

    Advice to Management

    FAs need more accountability than just production.
