    I have been working at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine full-time

    Pros

    We love living in Blacksburg, such a beautiful area, especially as VT Hokies fans.

    Cons

    Rampant nepotism creates a very difficult work environment. Pay raises are never based on actual performance.

    Advice to Management

    None that would matter.

    Pros

    - Good hours - Decent pay

    Cons

    - Extremely conservative work environment - Employees have very little expertise in their respective fields

    Advice to Management

    Diversity of thought is desperately needed.
