    Pros

    Great products. Benefits were outstanding.

    Cons

Management is horrible! The Management team has ruined a great effective team in Utah.

    Advice to Management

Try looking at results of employees and not just managements opinion. So glad I am out of there!

    Pros

You can learn a lot. There are some nice and smart people.

    Cons

It is just a rampant, disorganized culture that is hungry for scapegoats. Admit one mistake or issue and you're already on the chopping block where coworkers start being very passive aggressive towards you and start bullying you.

Rather than actually spending any time really developing any talent, they rather use you as a scapegoat for their displaced frustrations. Honestly, the only way to succeed is to suck up to your superiors.

    Advice to Management

The culture needs a revamp. Stop trying to punish or find someone to blame and actually develop them. You'd be surprised how many hidden problems you could fix.

    Pros

Benefits were great, especially the company shutdown during the December holidays; getting that extra week off was amazing. The campus was nice too, with a large park in the middle that was nice for lunchtime relaxation. Onsite Fitness center with state of the art equipment and fitness trainer was a bonus too.

    Cons

Management talked the talk, but didn't quite get around to walking the walk. HR way too supportive of management at the expense of long term employees. The cafeteria good used to be good, but a change in suppliers caused the quality and value to drop significantly, and it was less expensive and nicer to go off campus to eat.

    Advice to Management

Company Values need to be shared and enforced at all levels, not just at the worker level. Mind how new management who bring in their own teams from prior employers try to bend the vision of the company into something unrecognizable, using their power to drive out long term employees by intimidation and threats.

    Pros

The facility in Draper has been under construction for some time but it is starting to look very nice. In addition to multiple breakrooms there's also a new fitness center available to the employees at a very reasonable cost.
They offer decent benefits such as tuition reimbursement, 401(k), medical insurance, 3 wks of vacation (recent change to help address employee retention problem),etc.

    Cons

it's a revolving door... experienced professionals don't stay too long, but recent college graduates are loving it. Hint, hint??!?
Also, good luck trying to maintain a reasonable work/life balance - very poor planning, lack of communication and unreasonable expectations.

    Advice to Management

Someone from the HQ should take a closer look at the management in Draper

    Pros

    Class leading products
    Opportunity for advancement
Dynamic Leadership Team (mostly... you know who you are)

    Cons

innovation is lacking in all BUs
lawyers seem to run the show

    Advice to Management

spend more money on RD in the other BUs, not just THV
We aren't as innovative as we make ourselves seem across the board.
