There are no good reasons to work here, unless you are new to SEM and want to learn some more about how it should not be done. EF claims to have great technology but in reality most of the work done for clients is manual and run by grunts in India. Entrepenurship and initiative are actively discouraged here. If you come from a big company and want to gain small company experience this is a good step as they have all the bureaucratic crap and poltics of a big comapny in a small sized firm.

Cons

mediocre atmosphere; complete apathy and lack of vision for the company. This is a company that values image over actual work. Too much politics for such a small company. Almost corrupt business practices.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees and customers more. Stop selling stuff that doesnt exist to customers and take a serious look at how bad your product is.

Great back-end technology which is interesting to learn about.
