I worked at Eforcity full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Most employees are nice. Decent place to work if you don't have higher education.

    Cons

Management really doesn't care. therefore employees don't care. Language barriers between workers can be a challenge. IT failure is common also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more proactive. CEO really never checks on the warehouse at all.

It's a revolving door. Turn-over is extremely high and for good reason the past couple years.

    I worked at Eforcity

    Pros

Great colleagues, hard working people. Company lunches are a nice gesture, but trying to cater hot food... not always yummy. Good benefits.

    Cons

I've kept in touch with old colleagues. I'm told everyone keeps quitting, people who have been there for years are leaving, It's has turned into a revolving door. Long-term employees (people who have been there for 7-9 years) some are just walking off the job. Some prior colleagues have even told me they were taking anti-anxiety and anti-depression meds to try to cope with the high, unrealistic expectations. Super high pressure, high stress, little appreciation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take management classes. They'll tell you that 95% of people, when you ask them, will say whats most important to them at work is positive reinforcement, praise, appreciation, something along those lines. People want to feel like they are contributing and they want to hear that they are doing good job sometimes. It's important for morale, confidence building, for employees to feel secure and motivated to keep working hard for you. Communicate to employees in a respectful manner. Provide solutions or ideas and training rather than criticize. Model the same behavior you expect from your employees.

Work here only if you like to be thrown into work, with no training, and high expectations that can never been obtained

I have been working at Eforcity full-time

    Pros

No need to clock in/out for lunch (salary only). health, vision, 401K, vacation/sick time. Good people

    Cons

Clock in and out even for salary. Micro managing. People are over worked. They continue to throw new projects and expect 110%. Expected to work after hours, respond to chats/emails. No visions from the management. Too many hidden secrets w/in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out what you want to do. Share with the employees that come into work every day and work hard for you. Stop listening to what others are saying. Look for yourself and see what's going on in the company.

    I worked at Eforcity full-time

    Pros

Some of the other employees were really good to work with. We had monthly free lunch ins and we celebrated birthdays with cake.

    Cons

Certain people have no life other than to bully employees and make up reasons to get in your life. That person is a shark who walks around finding ways to get people she doesn't like fired. HUGE brown noser and really FAKE. If you aren't Chinese you aren't getting any type of promotion, very cheap products, and they don't hold meetings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

FIRE your SHARK(they know exactly who it is) and put in someone who looks after their employees and provides support for her company, not just looks for things that can make her look good and get people fired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve working conditions and ethics. management needs to go through extensive training on basic operations i.e. how to find tracking and order status.

Give "Shipping Clerk" a huge raise, benefits, and Visa as she is the brains of ALL the Operations/ Systems.
