Pros – Friendly co-workers that are willing to help all the time
Cons – pay was low and the job was a bit boring
Pros – Fun group of guys to work with, opportunities for growth, good learning environment, above average pay (for a start-up company), appreciates people willing to work. Fridge is always full!
Cons – Sometimes projects and workloads come in with minimal instructions and very limited time. Too many new projects can cause lack of focus. Was too tolerant of employees that weren't pulling their weight, causing others to have to work much harder.
Advice to Senior Management – Maybe it's time to start focusing more on organization, since growth is starting to kick in.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Nice office, nice location, paid incentives, sometimes.
Cons – No structure, resources or solid goals. Watched myself and another person let go after a short term, because no one seems to be able to keep up with the eccentric and fickle mind of the owner. They are pretty much just a shambling mound of a company that is upside-down on their profit margins, and have no idea what they are doing. Empty promises and offers change by the minute literally, most everything created there is made up or incorrect. They are not receptive to any sort of change or new idea whatsoever, and they build themselves up to be something that doesn't exist. The picture on the website is actually photoshopped to make it look like there is a company sign on the building when there is not. Who wants to work for a company that can't be honest with itself?
Advice to Senior Management – Try something different.
