    Chilled number of hours.
    Weekends off is non-negotiable.
    Salary on time.

    Cons

No room for creativity. No fun. Only work, work, work!
Absolutely biased in its selection of people to higher levels.
    Political games everywhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please offer us growth opportunities or at least skills training. no room for growth here. Leadership lacking in this vital area

    I worked at Egon Zehnder

    Pros

some excellent sr. consultants who provide guidance and insight
access to a lot of research tools - great base for knowledge growth

    Cons

especially in research promotions are pseudo-nepotistic
    no growth beyond role
"you get used and move on"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

put some structure into your research - one person's opionion should not taken as dogma, especially when one examines track record of those that produce policies / practices / procedures.

I have been working at Egon Zehnder full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Salary on time and yearly bonus, weekends are honored (only in 1 team though)

    Cons

There is absolutely no connect with the parent company; we are not a subsidiary, we are a service provider. Stagnant, you will learn everything in six months, after that it's downhill.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Connect with your employees and stop living in a self-made clique / ivory tower.

I worked at Egon Zehnder full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great Pay, nice people to work with.

    Cons

Lots of micromanagement. The work is pretty boring, very mundane and lots of data entry. Hope you like linkedin.

Work hard, no speaking. Think of your typical "Office Space" setting

No room for growth. You can work as hard as you want, and maybe after 15 years you'll become a Research Director, but good luck ever becoming a Consultant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're all very nice people. Nothing bad to report about you, but I guess the industry is very boring by its nature.

A sausage machine focused only on volume but without the upside benefit of a commission structure.
