    Pros

    Salary on time and yearly bonus, weekends are honored (only in 1 team though)

    Cons

    There is absolutely no connect with the parent company; we are not a subsidiary, we are a service provider. Stagnant, you will learn everything in six months, after that it's downhill.

    Advice to Management

    Connect with your employees and stop living in a self-made clique / ivory tower.

    Pros

    You get to interact with high profile executives with great achievements and work with experienced consultants. The overall environment of the company is also very conducive.

    Cons

    Given their shift timings, work life balance takes a toss. Also, they do not have fixed career path like in other organisations, so the promotions don't come easily.

    Comfortable timings and Sat-Sun offs

    Cons

    I Slogged like a donkey for 5 years with no human respect and dignity...forgot about growth ..its a place where I wasted my time, career and health

    A place where ppl are promoted based on being good in getting work done by others..with no performance record.

    Rumours, which even I did not know about myself...with no one to dine with, to talk to ...I wonder how I survived all these..Worst discrimination That I went through..I literally felt like a untouchable in a village..

    Advice to Management

    Value Work And please stop Playing with Words and petty politics

    Clever people. Good pedigrees. Mostly collaborative.

    Cons

    Highly political at the top. Unwilling to support diverse cultures. Strong divide between US and rest of world culturally.

    its a nice place to work if your boss is good

    it is a nice place to work any offices other than the dubai office

    the management should try to understand the morale of employess and tries to reduce staff turnover. Good companies always tries to retain their employees and both employer and employee will benefit out of that

    A wonderful brand built over 50 years of work at the most senior level
    Some of the nicest and most collegiate people you could hope to work with
    A strong basis of fairness that underpins all major decisions
    Highly multinational, no single country dominates

    Cons

    Has historically been highly conservative, although this has been changing in the last couple of years
    The partnership structure means decision making requires considerable consensus

    Lovely colleagues and a team based, collaborative culture

    A sausage machine focused only on volume but without the upside benefit of a commission structure.

    Understand the heart of professional services firms to become true trusted advisors to clients across a breadth of human capital offerings. Lead and stop following what you know. Innovate and grow through diversification and depth of client relationships.
