    Pros

Did not work there for long, but it was pleasant. I had the chance to know great people. Everyone takes long coffee pause and expresso and goodies are free. Friendly ambiance and warm welcome from top management.

    Cons

the organization structure was very hierachical and you cannot take any initiatives. You have to follow the rules by the book.

    Pros

Interesting experience, learned a lot of stuff and compensation was alright. Team was well experienced and I was integrated as a regular member.

    Cons

Long long hours for an inexperienced engineer and communication between HR and management was a bit light. If in a similar case, consider that you will be asked tasks as if you were a civil worker by trade.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do, you're doing it well

  3. J'ai travaillé en tant que stagiaire ouvrier pendant environ 2 mois à la fin de ma première année en école d'ingénieur. I worked as a labourer intern for about 2 months, at the end of my first year in engineering school.
