Current Employee – been working at Einfochips
Pros – Good for entry level and less talented who doesn't think much how it should be.
Cons – Company does not know importance of senior resource and treat them as fresher.
If a person is working with company for up to five years he/she actually knows the system better than others. But senior management has no level to think so.
It is better to leave company which I gonna do soon.
company never believe to give money/salary to senior resource which they deserve.
Company get 100% from client and gives 10-20% to employee from that while employee is onsite.
Advice to Senior Management – Give proper money to experienced resource otherwise they will go away.

Former Employee – worked at Einfochips full-time for more than a year
Pros – good work, good career and onsite opporturnites, relatively less politics, less power play.
Cons – no eco system so you are all by yourself, so be self-starter if want to grow, computers are not fast (sensibly fast) , no good tools are used, licenses are less so bear it!. clients will appreciate but the managers(most not all) will not much care to reward. management activities appear to almost snatching away the company linked performance bonus which is part of our salary
Advice to Senior Management – Better the Eco system and compensation and HR policies for happy employees. do not know if its done in this year when I was not working with there
