Former Employee - Medical Sales Representative

I worked at Eisai full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

competitive pay and good benefits package. That's about all. At one time had lucrative bonuses but those have all but disappeared.

    Cons

Poor district and regional managers who give little valuable direction and have unrealistic expectations. A lot of brown nosing going on. Company still functions as an old boys club despite how they boast of valuing diversity. Poor work-life balance and employees are not treated with respect. HR is company oriented not employee oriented. a company that spouts human health care as it's greatest value and treats their employees like cockroaches

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a pipeline going again and hire some managers that have some ability to lead and treat their teams with dignity, kindness and respect. Respect your own company values and stop generating hypocrisy.
