I have been working at Ekomi full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Innovative and positive environment, support from Managers is decent. Pay is ok and incentives and commission structure is attractive in first 90 days

    Cons

3 months in I expect a little more structure and support, Technology in the work environment is quite horrendous,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate collaboratively and more effectively, drop the paper trails and use the CRM for data entry, spend the necessary time and money on generating quality leads and chromebooks??? Really??? Training on CRM from Managerial level down and show commission structure inside of two weeks instead of waiting for employees to second-guess their finances down the road.

    Pros

    Cons

No training, no direction, no bonus money, lies and more lies. eKomi has been the biggest waste of time ever. Runnnnnn. BTW the review above was probably from management. They do know how to leave fake reviews

I have been working at Ekomi full-time

    Pros

If you are good at cold calling and Sales force you will do well here, you are selling ratings and reviews solution.

    Cons

Not really too much to say here, I had a over all good experience here. There were some small internal problems, but eKomi is new in the US, so that is standard. (There are big in the UK)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on training, there is a lot to learn.

    Pros

Very international, colleagues from many countries. HQ in Berlin is quite nice, very well located near check point charlie.
The solution is pretty good and the demand is high.

    Cons

Turn-over of employee quite high, rules changes all the times, not much team-building, lack of communication between management and employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your employees, listen to them, explain your strategy and everything will be good

    Pros

    Close to the metro line

    Cons

Boring repetitive work for very little pay which has been recently restructured to allow for even less pay. The company is heading in all different directions with more managers than employees resulting in no cohesion whatsoever and multiple fractures in the standard order of procedure. Consultants where brought in at one point however all recommendations seem to have been ignored.

    Pros

Great product, nice colleagues and visionary top level
Lot of growth opportunities to move up the ladder, if you perform well - lots of training and guidance along the way, so great learning experience

    Cons

high expectations, you need to like a fair bit of pressure, wage is average

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

COO always fired everyone up, should spend more time with staff, you should hire teamleads that sort things out fast

I have been working at Ekomi (less than a year)

    Pros

I can't find any pro at all unfortunately. I actually feel bad for the founder as they do offer great product. But too bad, the management is so bad here.

    Cons

The office is located in DTLA near where all the homeless people hang out, they don't have real phone system, using Google voice to make calls. And rent a cosharing space. They hire people using 1099 so they don't have to offer you any benefits, even though during the hiring process they promised benefit. No one last more than 3 months here. Good luck!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You guys are reviews company, but clearly you can't review how bad your management is. No one is happy here, and with the new manager o board, trying to micro manage everyone, it just making things from bad to worst.

    Pros

Innovative company recession proof will be profitable until the competition realizes just how bad your service really is

    Cons

Terrible to almost no training, language barrier, it takes a lot of patience for you to get your pay after you leave. They will not return calls or emails.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop looking at just the numbers and start looking at the processes because eventually it will hurt your ROI
