ProsIf you know someone in management, it can be a very good place to work.

ConsIf you don't know anyone in management, you are invisible. There seems to be an attitude sickness that infects nearly all management - a sense of arrogance that is at odds with the financial performance of the company. Engineers are seen as second-class employees while 'lesser achievers' (i.e., field maintenance) are promoted.

Advice to Senior ManagementRemove everyone in mid and low level management.
