Pros
1) Fresher can get good salary.
2) Good learning for fresh graduates.
3) Good company for fresher and one to two years of experience as they want to learn new instead of worrying on job security.
Cons
1) Personally speaking,am not happy with my work responsibilities. I was given a different impression of what my work would be like when I appeared in the
interviews. But,my work's actually very basic and there's no scope to learn anything useful. Also,my skill sets are not even needed in this work and I feel
like I am losing my touch on those skill sets.
I discussed my concerns regarding my work with my Management but no one taking note of my discontent. Career seems to be stagnating.
2) Management are worry more about the Client and their Revenue.
3) No reason to work at elan ............. working under bond and contract system.
Did you hear any company appoint 100% of staff in contractually and also they have one year of bond. Company renew bond every year. (There is no any
guarantee that company will renew your bond even after your best performance).
This company appoint employee like this way.
4) HORRIBLE benefits if you have a family on your plan
5) Management doesn't have a PLAN. Shifted from one project to another without real direction, no or specifications provided. Expected to produce something
to solve every problem for everyone.
6) Working here is nightmare. They try to make your life hell by deliberately pressurizing you to work more and fast.
Advice to Senior Management
1) Start treating employees like they have value. The workers are making you your money.
2) Don’t fires any employee as his/her project closed and after that you appoint new employee as you can find new project from your client easily.
3) Just look around what others are providing security, Dont try to run the company on contract and bond system.
