    Good small company that has some small family valve.

    Cons

    No direction or purpose in what the company is wanting to achieve.

    Advice to Management

    Set direction for the people/employee in which way the company is heading and what they plan to achievement, purpose, what is the product mean to the customer, how is it going to improve their bottom line the customer, technology that set them above the competition.

    Pros

    Flexible, work hours are flexible. can work from home if necessary or if you really don't fell like coming in

    Cons

    Dying. company is not doing too well and will probably be dead soon but one never knows

    Advice to Management

    run as fast as you can towards the exit and don't ever think you even did a resonably good job.
