    Pros

Exposure, experience - this could serve as the perfect position for a new college graduate or someone junior position

    Cons

It is hard to grow quickly within EA. If that is your ultimate goal, you should look at smaller game publishers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ensure a better growth track for the young employees upfront, instead of waiting for them to take the initiative.
