    They are starting to make decisions for making better games

    Cons

    It is a big company and are impacted by commitments to Wall Street.

    What used to be the #1 interactive entertainment company has slipped a bit. The cutting edge tiles have lost their luster a bit. Time to take back #1.

    - Excellent Colleagues ( Knowledge wise & fun wise )
    - Decent work, can get repetitive at times but you end up something new every time.
    - Good Work culture
    - If you are a good performer, you do end up getting nice stock options.

    - Can get monotonous work at times ( totally depends on project though )

    If you're a contract artist it can be very difficult to get hired to Regular Full Time, normally they'll just keep hiring you as a contractor.

    Pros

    - nice coleagues
    - helpfull Leads
    - posibility to work with teams around the world
    - great place to develop you communication and scheduling skills
    - getting to work with new gaming technologies

    Cons

    - very small salaries
    - long working hours, on different time zones and with a lot of overtime
    - very hard to evolve

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider hiring less people, but having a higher standard for newcomers. Bigger salaries and a career path would mean higher productivity (involvment) for most.
