Current Employee – been working at Electronic Data Systems
Pros – It is stable company with very little work load. So working there is like not working at all and getting salary for free.
Cons – There is no growth in term of salary or promotions etc. But rest all is good.
Advice to Senior Management – I am not in a position to advice management. they know 100 times more than I do.

Current Employee – been working at Electronic Data Systems
Pros – Access to technical resources & references. Great teamwork, fellowship & support for each other. Great professional development. Great training opportunities. Great benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401K, stock plan, pension plan. Great growth opportunities. Great rewards - bonuses, raises, promotions, recognition, dinners, awards, prizes & other perks. Great review process. Great integrity, values, diversity & employee value & respect. Exclusive onsite support at a corporate account is a great environment. Don't need a degree to work there (opportunity for good, smart people to excel).
Cons – People working on salary remotely from home may work 80 hours/week and the work schedule may be devastating to whatever time is left: Meetings all day (9-6), every couple of hours, prepare for server changes all evening (7-9pm), work all night making server changes or waiting in queues for your turn and complete paperwork (9pm-7am), plus emergency on-call rotation, no time to take training or train yourself. The few hours you have left are to grab a bite, catch a z, run to store & try to see your wife & kids. I wouldn't recommend remote support from home unless it's paid hourly.
Advice to Senior Management – Build your company around your employees and train, train, train. Don't lay people off.

Former Employee – worked at Electronic Data Systems
Pros – Good place for getting training for new skill set
Cons – Compensation for your skill set is inadequate
Advice to Senior Management – Be open to employees regarding how much of bonus is allocated to each business group, employees on the floor usually hear of bonuses but they do not actually get any.

Former Employee – worked at Electronic Data Systems
Pros – Pay and benefits are very reasonable
Cons – This place is literally modern-day slavery on American soil. The culture and business model appears to be to bring in labor from off-shore and work people to death under threat of deportation. At one point, my whole team was made to stay until 9:30pm for an upcoming "meeting", at which time we were corralled into a room and told our project was behind and we were all going to start working 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is one example of many instances of mistreatment, and the project was mismanaged terribly. Upon quitting, I was not paid for my last several days of work. This culture started before EDS bought out Saber Corp and continued uninterrupted, but hopefully one day EDS will recognize the issues and clean this place up.
Advice to Senior Management – In a completely anonymous survey, ask your employees for feedback so that you can begin to understand what is going on in your company.

Current Employee – been working at Electronic Data Systems
Pros – The atmosphere is professional but relaxed, allowing a person to meet the requirements to be successful
Cons – There was a lot of turn around in personal at one time, at one point there as not enough and then it was over crowded.
Advice to Senior Management – the manager allows the employees to take part in decision-making: therefore everything is agreed by the majority. The communication is extensive in both directions (from employees to leaders and vice-versa). This style can be particularly useful when complex decisions need to be made that require a range of specialist skills: for example, when a new ICT system needs to be put in place, and the upper management of the business is computer-illiterate. From the overall business's point of view, job satisfaction and quality of work will improve. However, the decision-making process is severely slowed down, and the need of a consensus may avoid taking the 'best' decision for the
