Advice to Senior Management
Lot of advice especially to Managers who sits in other offshore locations, please visit and interact regularly to other branches.

Pros
International exposure is important for a global perspective - they provide this adequately.
Cons
I worked for them for 11 years and they had a retrenchement cycle every thisrd year. I got retrenched and 'saved' last moment so often that it started to be a joke. It had little to do with my abiity, more about not wanting to invest in a direction that has since been proven as accurate.
Advice to Senior Management
Value your staff, listen to their advice. They were hired as experts, why don't you listen to them?
Pros
The friendly co-workers are cool
Cons
Working conditions and morale, not good
Advice to Senior Management
NO support
Pros
Opportunities span the full range of the IT spectrum, from mainframe to embedded systems
Cons
Multiple work force reductions have demoralized the work force
Advice to Senior Management
Bring stability to the work force
Pros
Good consulting company to work with. If you travel for the company all travel is paid for (by client in most cases). Choice of working from home or office.
Cons
Promotion process is not great. It all depends on your manager. If you get a good manger who will work with you, you will be ok but if not, it will be hard.
Pros
Close to home, great boss and team to work with.
Cons
Lack of communication by CEO as to what they were doing with the company.....
