    Pros

Seems to offer growth as far as the opportunity to advance to other departments. It's a family-run business and most of the family members are nice.

    Cons

Very low pay and terrible optional health benefits. Poor work-life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer all full time employees health benefits. Give annual performance reviews and raises.

    Pros

Great chance to control how much you want to make by capitalizing on every sales opportunity, and forming relationships with customers.

    Cons

If you don't try to sell don't expect to make much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What if somebody doesn't want to where a blue collar shirt everyday? or different shades of blue, I mean it doesn't hurt to switch it up every once in a while.

    Pros

There are some good people on the corporate level.

    Cons

They do not invest in their employees. No incentives to stay long term. The employees who have been there for any length of time relate it to being "institutionalized." I have worked other places and know that there are better companies to work for, so I got out as soon as I could. You work there 1 year, you get 1 week paid vacation. You work there 10+ years, you still get 1 week paid vacation. Expensive, catastrophic insurance - I was better off paying for my own personal plan outside EE. Long-term employees will tell you that raises/bonuses are few and far between. It is not uncommon for the President of company to yell, scream, and cuss employees on an extreme level. In a way that any respectable, adult man wouldn't do. He is condescending for no reason and I think he's done it for so long he doesn't even know he's acting that way. Extremely LOW employee morale at corporate. Sleazy business practices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They're too arrogant to take advice, but they should invest more in their employees and give them a reason to want to show up everyday and work hard for them.

Micromanagement at every single level of the job.

No job security, people get fired often for unjust reasons.

Low employee morale, from entry level to upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more in your employees. Recognize their hard work , and don't weaken your own company by firing good employees.
