Fun and fast-pace! I learned more about business on the job than i did while in school! Flexible schedules are always available. like a big family!
Cons
Some vendor can be hard to work with. Many not will to accommodated to our schedule. We are a lounge operating during night hours.
Advice to Senior Management
Management has Changed and for the better. Keep up the good work. I would send employees straight to element to get their feet wet.
