“Good opportunites with young growing data collecting company.”

Pros

It's a relatively fast growning data collection company in Ottawa, and it was able to provide me with good solid number of hours, even in the daytime, doing b-2-b surveys - at least during September/October.

Cons

They give very little coaching or feed-back - unless one requests it oneself. Although they recently increased the hourly pay to $20/hr, it's still a little low. Ought to be min. $12/hr. Also, they call the US a lot, not just Canada.

Advice to Senior Management

You ought to get the new interviewers more involved right away. Much quicker feed-back. Increase the hourly pay and include more bonuses to increase motivation and employee loyalty.
