Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Indianapolis, IN

    Pros

Decent salaries in an inexpensive part of country

    Cons

Managers do not manage their groups -- which contributes to inefficiencies and frustration within a group. Culture of arrogance, petty meanness and deceit flourishes way more than I have seen at my two previous companies. Poor training. Performance management process is a joke. Employees get pigeonholed into certain jobs -- practically impossible to get out of a specific job. So never hire on unless you really love the job being offered to you. Product pipeline is drying up rapidly -- soon there will be nothing to sell.

    Pros

Great products and compensation with the ability to succeed

    Cons

Stressful and driven. Success was often welcomed with a question about what you were doing next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More support, less noise, fewer voice mails and emails that are irrelevant to field work

Former Employee - Program Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN

    Pros

Deep pockets; not afraid of using new technologies.

    Cons

Lost the core respect for the "People Element" they used to espouse so nuch. They throw away skilled people like used diapers just to save a few dollars that are then funneled to yet another empty suit VP.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut the VPs by 75% and hire back the 5000 foot soldiers you stupidly discarded in 2010.
