I worked at Eli Lilly as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The company is great with good culture.

    Cons

    The Singapore office is small.
Everybody did not like the interns.
An intern and I had to wait two weeks before the company had the computers ready for us. Supervisor was not in the office the whole internship.
    The internship had no pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attend when you have to hire an intern. Do not leave him waiting for your email the whole week.

    I worked at Eli Lilly

    Pros

For research environment, it's very good. Hardware is very good. Career development is taken as an important issue. Working time is flexible.

    Cons

For non core departments, people are not as important as core business departments. You may not learn knowledge as expected if you are in non core departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

pay attention to employees thoughts. should communicate more with team members. cultural issues should be taken more seriously. need to have more accurate ideas about each team member's contribution.
