Pros – Pretty good Camaraderie with in the local NY office.
Cons – Limited, narrow client base. High pressure to make submittals. Old school attempt to foster competition among recruiters by sourcing for the same job assignment instead of assigning different job openings to each recruiter. Very high turnover for the newest employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer base plus commission to the recruiters, not ONLY 100% commission after the first year. Your top recruiter should make 80-100K+, not 65K.
