Details
Pros
A small, potentially flexible company at which great things could be achieved if management got its act together. The company has shown that it can be forward looking, but these positives are overshadowed by managerial arrogance and incompetence, and nepotism.
Cons
People aren't treated with the trust and professional respect they deserve. Prospects of promotion are very limited. Nobody other than the owners are trusted to make operational decisions.
Advice to Senior Management
Learn how to respect and empower people. Basic management practices seem to be completely foreign. Figure out that measuring performance is essential to learning what works and what doesn't.
