I have been working at Elti Solutions full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Vast opportunities to participate in all aspects of talent search business development, including social networks development, career and interview coaching and advice, market research and business strategy development. Elti Solutions supports flexible schedule, telecommute, and fun, supportive, and creative work environment. All employees are expected to treat Elti Solutions business as their own and get rewarded generously for the achieved results.
Cons – Elti Solutions employees get generous mostly commission-based compensation. It does not work for people who need stable and predictable salary and works best for people with entrepreneurial spirit.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
