Pros

The pay is great compared to other veterinary clinics in the area. Most of the people are easy to get along with and fun to work with. Almost everyone has a great sense of humor and people enjoy getting together outside of work.

Cons

The management couldn't care less about you and complaints about lower level management are ignored. Upper management is also not available when needed. It can also be difficult to work the night shift if you have "day" commitments such as school or kids. There is also the requirement that you must work all holidays, which doesn't seem to bad until you actually start doing it!

Advice to Senior Management

Pay attention to your employees. Allow them to complain about their treatment without fear of retaliation.
