Work life balance is not there here.

Work life balance and add some benefits like medical to employess

* On-time Salary & Perk.
* Best growing IT consultancy firm of Singapore.
* Excellent level of trust among clients.
* Companies/Client growth benefits shared with employee's.
* Open communication relationship with employee.
* Understanding and helpful during occational circumstances.

Cons

* Poor facilities during initial stage of hiring (including hiring processs) and on-site deployment.
* Highest level of salary down-grade concept while recuriting because of low labour cost in Asia(Employee should be sure what is his/her expectation of salary).
* No educational upgrade programmes for employee's.

Advice to Senior Management

* Better facilities to be provided during initial hiring and on-site deployment process.
* Increase level of hiring standard based on knowledge not on salary concept.
