Pros
flexible have your own time to do work. good work life balance. there are so many divisions hence you can internal transfers. Interns get to do real world enginnering work
Cons
not good working culture..dont take good care of the interns. no feed back. For the entire three months I just report to my immediate boss and that all.

improve the working environment
