    Pros

    Good Management-base & effective staff at Emirates-Finance. Plus, great work-location as being on Park Avenue, Manhattan, New York.

    Cons

    Tough commute to Manhattan, NY, especially during morning rush hours.

    I have been working at Emirates Group

    Pros

    I am very pleased with working for EK. It's a very laid back inviroment, where the collegues become a part of your family. Also, the compensation and benefits are excellent in comparison to other airlines.

    Cons

    Being quite a small operation in NYC, the possibilities of advancement are very slim and you really need to excell to get promoted.

    Rather than IT Orgn, it works as back support to Emirates airline.

    Pros

    Training and travel. Poor pay and no bonuses.

    Cons

    Racist treatment by insecure and less educated Indian superiors who are the majority. Too much politics. Need a smart mouth and boot licking to survive.Poor pay. 50% of Etihad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Lots of brain drain. Many skilled workers always resigning. Invite former employeed back , give better pay and more job crecognition.
