    Pros

    Achievable goals and clear requirements were definetely positive factors. Hard work and dedication were valued and one could become a good achiever there with this kind of approach. Within a short period of time one could learn a lot just from practice. Although it is of course true for every demanding job.

    Cons

    Pressure from targets is sometimes a little high, considering the fact that demand for the jobs is pretty high in the market overall and in the banking sector in particular. However it is hard to relate specificaly to the company as the majority of banks have the same issues.

    More training to employees

    The only positive thing about EI is that it is an Islamic Bank

    No career Development Low salaries Low Bonuses No housing or children allowances

    I have been working at Emirates Islamic Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Islamic finance learning and good clients. Very good colleague with a strong solidarity. There is not very advantages to work for this bank where there is a lack of vision!

    Cons

    Bad management, lazy people, with a really bad salary. There is a big inequality in term of package and salary. The Bank do not invest enough on people. The HR hide behind the policy for the slow growth of the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Change your senior management. Stop promoted incompetent people. And increase the salary of your people, Provide a real package if you want stop your high turnover!

    i thought that its islamic banking but i didnt found it as an islamic bank

    no check and balance at employee personal development and career growth and mis management

    Advice to Management

    change the call centre management from Team leaders to assistant manager and you will find your call centre operations grow with full 100 %

    Islamic values,Self respect,Friendly atmosphere. Employees are treated well and with respect.

    Cons

    Nationality biased growth. Unfair distribution of benefits. Rewards distribution by personal likings.

    Advice to Management

    The growth chances should be equal,n thres should be only 1way either to grow with the organization or been dropped out if you can't match the standards.
